GlowFasting is designed with your privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, health data, or usage information from your device to our servers or to any third-party servers.

We do not collect your fasting periods, estimated metabolic processes (e.g., fat burning, autophagy levels, HGH levels, insulin, blood sugar), weight, or any other health-related data you input into the app.

We do not collect any usage data, analytics, crash reports, or device information that could identify you.

2. Local Data Storage

All information you enter into the GlowFasting App, including your fasting records, health insights, and personal progress, is stored exclusively on your iPhone (your local device).

This data remains on your device and is not accessible by us or any other third party.

If you delete the app, or if you reset your device, this locally stored data may be lost unless you have independently backed up your device. We are not responsible for the backup or recovery of your local data.

3. No Sharing of Your Information

Since we do not collect any personal data from you, we have no personal information to share, sell, rent, or disclose to any third parties.

4. No Third-Party Analytics or Advertising

The GlowFasting App does not use any third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies that would collect your data. Your use of the app is private and free from external monitoring by us or advertisers.

5. Children's Privacy

The GlowFasting App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. As we do not collect any personal information, we also do not knowingly collect any data from children.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes to our data handling practices (e.g., if we were to introduce data collection in the future), we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and providing prominent notice within the app. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
